- Welcome to Globassets. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Globassets mobile application and services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. Globassets provides a digital marketplace connecting real estate agents with potential buyers. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
User Eligibility and Accounts
- To use Globassets, you must be at least 18 years of age. When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate our community standards.
Property Listings and Content
- Agents are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and maintenance of the property listings they upload. This includes ensuring that all images, prices, and descriptions are truthful and up to date. Globassets does not own the properties listed and is not a party to any real estate transaction. We reserve the right to remove any content that we deem inappropriate, fraudulent, or in violation of local real estate laws.
Spotlight and Featured Features
- The Spotlight Image feature allows users to highlight one specific property daily. This feature is intended to increase visibility and must be used in accordance with our fair usage policies. Globassets does not guarantee specific sales results or lead generation numbers through the use of featured placements or the Spotlight tool.
Prohibited Conduct
- Users agree not to engage in any activity that interferes with the proper functioning of the app. This includes but is not limited to uploading malicious code, scraping data without authorization, or harassing other users. Any attempt to circumvent our security measures or use the platform for money laundering or fraudulent schemes will result in an immediate permanent ban and potential legal action.
Limitation of Liability
- Globassets provides the platform on an as is and as available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Globassets and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service. We do not guarantee the performance of any agent or the financial standing of any buyer found through the application.
Intellectual Property
- All software, branding, and original content within the Globassets app are the exclusive property of Globassets. Users retain ownership of the photos and descriptions they upload but grant Globassets a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the platform to facilitate the listing service.
Fees and Payments
- While browsing may be free, certain premium features or listing tiers may require payment. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We use secure third party processors for all financial transactions and do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
Governing Law
- These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Globassets operates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
